These terms and conditions apply between the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "User"). By purchasing any plan on Paperless Invite, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing the use of our digital invitation services.
To purchase a plan, select your preferred plan and proceed to the checkout page. Paperless Invite currently offers the following payment options:
Select WhatsApp Order and click Payment Confirmation to place your order.
You will be redirected to WhatsApp with your order details.
Our team will assist you with the payment by sharing a payment link or UPI QR scanner.
After completing the payment, access to the Invitation Studio will be activated instantly once payment is confirmed.
Select UPI Payment on the checkout page and click Order Now.
You will be redirected to the Order Confirmation Page where the UPI QR code and UPI ID will be displayed.
Make the payment using any UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.).
After payment, click Payment Confirmation.
You will be redirected to WhatsApp to send order details and payment screenshot.
Our team will verify the payment and provide access to the Invitation Studio.
Select Razorpay Payment and click Order Now.
You will be redirected to the Order Confirmation Page where the Razorpay payment link will be displayed.
Open the link and complete the payment using UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.
After completing the payment, click Payment Confirmation.
Our team will verify the payment and activate your Invitation Studio access.
Paperless Invite offers three main membership plans that provide access to different template categories and usage limits.
Basic Plans
Access to Basic Templates only
Designed for small gatherings and compact events
Includes Starter, Growth, and Pro sub-plans with limited invitation quota and short validity periods
Premium Plans
Access to Basic and Premium Templates
Suitable for most celebrations and occasions
Includes Starter, Growth, and Pro sub-plans with extended invitation validity
Elite Plans
Access to Basic, Premium, and Elite Templates
Designed for grand celebrations and large-scale events
Includes Starter, Growth, and Pro sub-plans with higher invitation quotas and longer validity periods
Each plan includes specific plan validity, invitation quota, and invitation validity as described in the selected plan details.
Plan Validity refers to the number of days the purchased plan remains active for creating or editing invitations in the invitation studio.
Invitation Validity refers to the duration the invitation link remains active and accessible to guests after publishing.
Invitation quota defines the maximum number of invitations that can be created under the purchased plan.
Once the invitation validity expires, the invitation link may become inactive or inaccessible.
Upon purchasing a plan, Paperless Invite grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital invitation service.
Users must not:
Transfer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the purchased plan to any third party.
Use the service for commercial resale without written permission from Paperless Invite.
Copy, reproduce, or misuse the invitation templates, designs, or platform features.
Share account access with multiple users for commercial purposes.
Any misuse or unauthorized usage may result in suspension or termination of service without notice.
Access to the Invitation Studio will be provided only after payment verification.
Users may be required to share payment confirmation or screenshot through WhatsApp for verification.
Plan access will be activated once the payment is successfully verified by the administrator.
All purchases made on Paperless Invite are non-refundable.
Once a plan is purchased and activated, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.
Users are encouraged to review plan details carefully before purchasing.
Paperless Invite reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any account or plan if:
The user violates these Terms and Conditions.
The service is used for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
The platform or templates are misused in any manner.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Paperless Invite reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
By continuing to use our service, the User agrees to all applicable terms and conditions.
