Welcome to Paperless Invite. By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website and services.
Company / We / Us / Our refers to Paperless Invite.
User / Customer / Member refers to any individual who registers, purchases, or uses our services.
Plan refers to membership subscription packages including Basic, Premium, and Elite categories with respective sub-plans (Starter, Growth, Pro).
Invitation refers to the digital webpage invitation created using our platform.
Plan Validity refers to the number of days the purchased plan remains active for editing and creating invitations.
Invitation Validity refers to the number of days the invitation link remains active and accessible after publishing.
Invitation Quota refers to the number of invitations allowed per purchased sub-plan.
Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase any plan.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
We offer the following main categories:
Basic Plan – Access to Basic Templates only
Premium Plan – Access to Basic and Premium Templates
Elite Plan – Access to Basic, Premium, Elite, and Royal Templates
Each category includes Starter, Growth, and Pro sub-plans with varying:
Invitation Quota
Invitation Validity
Plan Validity
Plan validity starts from the date of activation by the admin.
Once expired, users cannot edit or create invitations under that plan.
Unused invitation quota will not be carried forward after expiry.
Invitation link validity begins once the invitation is published.
After expiry, the invitation link will be deactivated.
Extension of validity may be available at additional cost (subject to approval).
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Purchased plans cannot be downgraded after activation.
Payment must be completed through the available payment methods.
Users must share payment confirmation (if required) for manual verification.
Access to invitation studio will be granted only after payment verification.
Paperless Invite reserves the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent payments.
All purchases are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
No refunds will be provided for:
Change of mind
Partial usage
Failure to use the service within validity period
Technical issues caused by user-side devices or internet
Refunds (if any) are solely at the discretion of Paperless Invite.
Users agree that:
All content uploaded (photos, text, music, videos) belongs to them or they have rights to use it.
They will not upload illegal, copyrighted, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
They will not misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
They will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the system.
Paperless Invite reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All templates, designs, layouts, branding, and platform features remain the intellectual property of Paperless Invite.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use templates during their plan validity.
Reselling, copying, duplicating, or redistributing templates is strictly prohibited.

Paperless Invite reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Service performance depends on internet connectivity and hosting infrastructure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical upgrades.
User data is collected only for service functionality.
We do not sell user data to third parties.
Guests’ RSVP information is accessible only to the event host.
Users are responsible for maintaining account login confidentiality.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Remove invitations containing illegal or offensive material.
Refuse service without prior notice if misuse is detected.
No refund will be issued in case of termination due to policy violation.
Paperless Invite shall not be liable for:
Loss of data due to user negligence.
Business losses, missed events, or emotional damages.
Errors in user-provided content.
Third-party service failures (payment gateways, hosting, streaming services).
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India].
